<p>Having heard that Capitec is becoming a bank to rely on, I considered switching all my accounts to them and in the process apply for a consolidated loan in order to do so. </p> <p>However, after many hours and days of delays and waiting due to minor issues creating roadblocks on their system, I am left speachless to what ammount and repayment rate they offered me in the end. And that is apparently due to the fact that my employer was only now loaded to thier system and thus new, causing me a low score. Not to mention the run around of the staff (three at one stage) at the branch struggling to adequately communicate with the bank's credit department via phone and email. </p> <p>Regardless I would still consider switching my accounts to Capitec should they review my application.</p> <p> </p>
