<p>I am disappointed at the lack of incompetence, capitec bank soshanguve plaza consultants have shown. After going back and forth trying to deal with my bank account being closed, I had to find the man who was said to have reported *****, who tells me he knows the person that took money out of his account, and even refused to open a ***** case with the police. I was told to get an affidavit from him stating the incident after stuggling to tracking him down, which i would have assumed the bank should have helped with. He came forth to assist we submitted both the affidavits, and the consultant read them and said everyrhing was in order and i would get a call to come in, when my account has been opened.</p> <p>I recieved a call in the morning from capitec bank stating that the affidavit that belongs to the man who complained about ***** was incorrect, and needed to be resubmitted. I am really infuriated by this as it took me time to track down the man, and the fact that capitec never inverstigated to get both sides of the story.</p> <p>The fact that my salary through capitec means i will not be able to access it, due to false ***** case makes me realise that capitec does not put their clients first, as a client i expect to be protected by my bank and also lawfully be given a proper investigation before my account is closed, as i was labelled guilty without them hearing my side of the story. </p> <p>I would not reccomend capitec to anyone as their systems are not as safe as they claim nor do they protect their clients.</p>
