*********** Capitec Customer care agents

So I made a purchase at some lounge in Heidelberg a week ago,I wake up today and my capitec notification says at 5am i did the same transaction.I call capitec 24hr customer care number to report this,waited 10mins till my airtime cut me off.Capitec you need to get reliable inbound agents for customer care...I have no idea what to do now I need this matter resolved urgently. I want my money but How do I report if the customer care agents are drinking coffee and ignoring our calls
