*********** and unprofessional

I cannot begin to explain my disappointment in Capitec's service as of late. The service was amazing in the beginning but lately they are really slacking. I don't feel like they value their customers anymore. I have had to explain myself about a 100 times already. And I'm just receiving any help from them. Just an attitude and a sort of feeling as if I'm making this up. All I want is my money back and the agreement that we settled on. Is that too much to ask? I feel asif this situation is just being further stalled so I will have to pay yet another installment that I can't afford which I have stated on various occasions now and also THE REASON I went in on the 23rd of December to make an arrangement to pay less on my loan that is ****ing me. They told me it was too late because a request had already been sent for the month of December. I said okay, what about January? So I made an agreement for January. January came, and they took the full amount. I currently pay two separate loans as one and the rates are absolutely crazy. The initial loan was R29 412, and the other loan R10 000 to be exact. I pay R2737.29 on the one, and R1126.65 on the other. In total that is R3863,94. Initially I was earning double what I earn now. I had lost my job beginning last year and I made an arrangement to pay less as I was earning no income. I still managed to pay every single installment. I've never not payed. We made an arrangement that in 6 months I will pay back what I owe and I will ultimately pay back double. I agreed because that's all I could do. I luckily found a new job but I'm still earning far less than I earned at my previous employer. So I went in to ask if it would be possible to make another arrangement. I spoke to a consultant at Capitec Clearwater mall, Roodepoort. She then phoned another lady at Accounts department, and we verbally agreed on extending the term from 4 months to 9 and I will be paying half. The lady had even written it on a piece of paper. But not one of them made any note of it on the computer. Nor given me a contract. How must I, as the CUSTOMER know what the correct procedure is? I now know the lady should have printed me a contract. I have made a VERBAL agreement with Capitec the previous time and that wasn't a problem. Why must I pay for your incompetence? Seriously. Then on the 27th of January at around 10 to speak to a consultant at Cresta mall, Randburg. I was told someone will phone me by the end of the day. No one phoned me. I then went in on Monday the 30th of January at 8 I clock to Clearwater mall to speak to another consultant. I was met with an attitude of almost irritation as I refused to leave before it was settled. I was told someone will phone me and by half past 10 no one phoned me. I went in again to ask him if he can get this person to phone me asap. By 12 someone eventually phoned. It was the lady from accounts that I spoke to in December. She then had the audacity to turn the situation around and say we never had agreement. Why would I go in December to make an arrangement and why would she read me my terms and conditions which I had to answer yes or no if we didn't have an agreement? I had done it this was the previous time and it wasn't a problem. If I was non paying client I would understand why I am treated like this but I am a loyal capitec client and I would like to be treated as such. Anyway. The phone call cut out and she didn't bother to phone me back. I then phoned the hotline and got through to the complaints department because I'm not left with much of a choice at this point. I was told I would be phoned within 3 days. I only got phoned a week later. And was met with yet another *********** woman who told me I must go into my nearest branch and listen to the recording. I know what I said and I know why I went in on December. So I refuse. Fix your ******* mistake. Why must I run after your people?
