I went Capitec Karaglen to app**** for additional funds and was told that the loan was declined because I restructured my loan which is not true. I called your contact center 08/11/2022 informing them that the loan term was incorrect and that it must be 4 months and not 3 months.

Its one problem after another problem with Capitec and everyone is folding their arms, they have zero interest!
