Incompetency at Capitec bank .

Capitec is the worst bank to bank with. There is no security over your money. I made an online purchase with Zara on the 11th of January, money went out of my account, then today the 20th of January the same amount goes out of my account. I went to a branch on Braamfontein to ask them to reverse the transactions but i was told that they cant help me i have to wait for 30 days to get help . I then went to a branch in Cresta for further assistance but a consultant could not even help me she was clueless of what she was doing ,she could not even read or anslyse a bank statement.

Can my money please be put back into my account, how can money go out without authorisation .
