Incompetency

Good morning,

I’m very disappointed in the manner I was treated as a valued client for many years with Capitec Bank.

I went to Eldorado Park branch for a personal loan on the 8th December today 24th December in my personal capacity at Southgate mall branch couldn’t be reached and resolved.

I’m wasting time my own precious time without anyone’s assistance. This lady in Eldorado Park branch namely Keitumetso made this process a living hell and sorry to say *********** no customer client orientated your branch self to say sucks.

Over two weeks, and my loan still not approved with difficulty and hassles after bringing business for over 8years.

Please if you can look into manner will be appreciated with feedback no later than 24th December thanking you in advance.

If I was treated as a client and not just a nobody this will be treated as urgent.
