Incompetency
I am highly Disgusted by the service I have received from Capitec bank. I've been quering my loan last repayment date, and the date which I was given is absolutely absurd. I called their call centre and their agents have been so ***********, no records of my calls or interactions with agents and nobody even knows how to handle the query and documents promised to be sent in 24hrs are still not sent till today. TERRIBLE service!
