Incompetence

I was trade route capitec today. Ive never seen such indecency. The staff looked very exhausted. I don't mention the service . It was so poor mind u im alwy using that branch but today was the worst of them of all i can never recommend any1 to go there its a disaster come to think of the rates of this bank. Im disappointed in the service i got ive been using capitec for yours but today im out os words please public don't go to that branch it's a nightmare
