Incompetence and unreliable Capitec bank
Capitec poor customer support from your contact centre my query Ref *** was logged on 6 jan 2024 regarding Send cash balance highly disappointing you don't give update or inform your customer of anything I call severely to be told just wait then today the query has been closed... How? and what was the outcome, Please I need my hard earned money back.
