Incompetence

Hey i am so disappointed with Capitec. I have a personal account with the company and I’m running business on that account and I get my salary. I was dealing with a client who was difficult and i initiated to pay her money on 15 September 24 I did that with my other bank same date not not immidiate payment. The customer called the Capitec for *****. My account was closed immidiately. I have proff that that money is paid and my account is still blocked
