Incompetence
I spoke to one other consultant over phone , concerning my last review I wrote about bad service from capitec, the agent promised me to send me an email from capitec so I can replay with my concerns and previous communication from capitec but till days I have not received any email nor an update regarding the ***** cases I lodged with them.
