Incident ***

Hello Peter,My name is Jonas Mokatsane,i need help patterning the incident that has occurred while i was trying to apply for a loan.I went to a capitec branch not noticing that my 3 bank statement were edited by my work colleague. I realized when i was there whereby a capitec service provider when he tried to assist me found out that my 3 bank statement was edited,i was shocked and confused by that time i went back to work to fetch my phone to show to the capitec service provider that i got the bank statement from the app, that's when my colleague told me that he edited(fooling) my bank statement & I ask why he could that to me because its confidential and he reply that he was just checking if it was protected and he thought i was not going to use it. I sincerely sent apologies to the capitec email client service and made a copy 7 & went to the branch telling them what i had faced and they told me that they will call me back.My worry is that when will i get a feedback after investigations? or should i open another account with another bank.I love capitec bank very much but this incident has ton me apart.please advice me what to do.
