inaconnect debit

I have a debit order that doesn't want to stop or dispute. Every month almost 100rand is being taking from my salary...all am told I agreed I should call company and cancel agreement I have never made they aware of this but still allow company to debit and all of us are saying we don't know this company still no action I am done with this bank.
