Inaccurate information by customer service

Capitec customer care simply give out false information. Phoned them on Saturday last to obtain location of one their branches . The agent gave me an address at Norwood Mall. As I had some serious issues to resolve I walked over 2kms in the heat to find that the branch had been closed down sometime the past. So irritating!
