Inaccuracy on credit report

I app**** for a 22 month loan with Capitec in February this year. Since applying for the loan, an account was added to my credit report every single month indicating random values, then gets closed the following month.<br> <br> It is now December, and there are now 12 accounts created and 10 closed. Only 1 pertains to the loan that I've taken with Capitec, the rest are a bunch of random values that I've never seen in my account. I am aware of the Multi loan facility but I've only used it a few times, definitely not 11 times and even those values don't match my credit report.<br> <br> This is really messing up my credit record because it's showing that I've taken up 12 loans with Capitec. I can't talk to your consultants because they can't seem to figure out the problem and are only focused on trying to make me switch to Capitec or take another loan.<br> <br> Please sort this out.<br> <br>
