Inability to cancel ********** Account at Capitec

Hi Capitec is failing to cancel an account that was opened using my identity details, they have been investigating for over six months now and still cant close that account, Capitec is encouraging people to open accounts and making customers using ***** Identities, right now that ghost Thereso could be making loans using my names or doing crimes with my name under Capitecs watch. I have spent money and stayed away from work to make identity verification and Affidavit but still they cant help so clearly its one of their employees
