In January 2023 I was having 1000 I kept in my account and I just saw 199 deducted I couldn't go to the Branch in that time become I was at work I told my self I will go on weekend next day I saw 299 deducted again in my account I feel so sad because it says online purchases I went to the branch on Saturday I told them to reverse my money I had nothing to do with MTN my network is CellC they told to go to MTN I went to MTN they told the same they had nothing to do with me I asked Capitec who has my access on my account beside them they couldn't even answer that... Secondly I deposited 1000 was in my account for Luno investment unfortunately for me was a **** when I go to the Branch they told many people has that they can't help it was on the 7th of February 2023 I need help if I can get my money I still need my money from that Bank please can you assist me.
