In competent assistance from Capitec Bank, paid for license disk 10 days later not received and no one can answer me

All lies that your license disk will be delivered within 3-5 working days, its now day 10 and still no delivery upon follow up for the last 3 days every consultant have another story and and still no license disk. not 1 consultant say the same as the other and gone is my license.
