Improve your system, Clientèle is a shark

I am giving Capitec 3 stars for the following reason. Clientèle deducted money from my account without my permission. I took perks because I thought it was worth it. At first I cancelled it with the field agent but that was not cancelled. But they did deduct and I went to block it but they were still able to debit from account.

Capitec, please create a system that fully protects your employees that a company that is blocked from taking money from my account should not be able to without you as Capitec spoke to me first. It's not Clientele who banked with you it's me.
