I accompanied by Brother to Kolonade Mall branch on that Sunday, the door was closed but not lock. We entered and sat down. A minute later, two young ladies came screaming at us and told us they are closed...it was terrible while I was trying to explain that we did not know.<br> They were so angry at us and denied to print the statement we were asking. There was no need for that, I explained. Because we did not know you are closed.<br> <br> Until Pieter came to our rescue and he ordered one of the consultants to help us. We need people like Pieter. We need leaders like him. These ladies should have been cautioned.<br> <br> Now I am asking myself. Should I switch to Capitec for this kind of treatment?...because clearly Pieter is not engaging with the customers full time.<br> <br> Big-Up Pieter. Thanks Pieter.<br>
