This is for exceptional service which came from Koketso Motsake, who provided the best customer experience I've had in a good while. The service she provided was prompt and her product knowledge is phenomenal, which does not make her less of a human, due the rapport she built with her hospitable conversations. So for me its a 20 out of 10 from me for her impeccable service and, its always nice knowing that as a customer my best interests are heart.
