Imaan at Capitec Bank Kerk Street

Long story short, i went into that branch with an urgent requirement, i was under a lot of pressure. Not only did Imaan do everything she possibly could, she chatted to me like we were old friends which took the pressure away. She even followed up by calling me to remind me to submit the required documents and you could on overall say i was stunned to receive that kind of service, AND in a branch in the Jhb CBD. All this happened in December and that should show the kind of impact it had on me.Imaan is a treasure and i hope Capitec realises that.
