I'm very disappointed

I give up on Capitec I guess I'll have to continue working with other banks since it seems they're not willing to reopen my account again. So my account was closed for ***** 3 years ago and last month I wrote a review trying to get it back but guess what I asked to email proof of employment of which I did after that when I got to the bank I was told more stories that I needed an affidavit and case number where the hell must I get a case number if I don't even know who reported my account for *****? Like I'm done
