I’m very disappointed by Capitec Bank

My remaining funds were deducted by Capitec bank. I went to the bank to check what was wrong. They told me that my account has been reported as a **** , they showed me the account reference that reported me as a ****.

I looked into the reference & the reference one of my client used as her proof of payment when purchasing from me. I have a business

My client bought from me with this money that she has ****med the person with . What she does she buy items from me paying more than what the item costs then ask me to send her the remaining amount. One day I asked her why she doesn’t send the exact amount when she’s purchasing she said her mom was sending her money & she has bank problems.

I went back to the bank & provided an affidavit that I didn’t know anything about this **** & proof of WhatsApp chats when this girl who was purchasing from me with correspondence with my bank statement. Then forwarded the proof to the department of Forensic. After that I have been calling every week at the department of forensic to see where they at. They kept on saying they are waiting for the person who reported me to bring affidavit ? My question is what if this person doesn’t bring the affidavit? What will happen to my money ?

All I want is Capitec to release my funds & im scared to use my bank now because the Bank kept on defecting my money , The money now is more than what the person claims to be ****med. I have the account number of this girl who used my account to **** & proof of WhatsApp
