I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED ABY THE CAPITEC BANK IN KILLARNEY BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS VERY ARROGANT

I withdrawn the money from the stupid Capitec atm today i went to buy medicine at dischem they told me that they won't accept the money because it has ink on it i went to the bank i found the guy by the name of Gift i explained everything to him he said there's nothing wrong with the money they won't change it because they don't keep cash or the only thing i can do is to deposit the money to the atm but the atm was not working i must come when the atm is working i said i will also call the call center i did call first person answered then he dropped the phone after explaining everything the second person answered again and did the same thing I'm using capitec bank but im now fed up with capitec i will now change to another bank
