I'm still dealing with an issue where I tried to buy an Orlando Pirates jersey on Bash

I'm still dealing with an issue where I tried to buy an Orlando Pirates jersey on Bash. But they didn't receive the payment despite it being deducted from my account. After trying to resolve it over the phone with Bash and capitec urgent they made me go back and forth. After a week or so decided to go to capitec branch. They told me to wait 14-21 days, I did, and received sms from them saying should I not receive my parcel before the 25th of September I must reach out to them. I went to the nearest branch and told me to wait for another 14-21 AGAIN,. After 2 days eventually capitec said I wouldn't be able to get my money back."Unfortunately all funds were utilised from my acc" I'm really disappointed with how this has been handled. I don't want anything that involve myself, family, colleagues and church mates with capitec, I'll make sure to spread this word about capitec
