I'm so upset and stressed

I am so disappointed last month I was put of work second week in March with a low pay. Capitec took my last money. I borrow money to buy airtime to call I was put on hold all my airtime finished no answer. I call to sort out my personal loan issue. Due to Corona virus no work no pay.
