I bought telkom airtime on my capitec banking app 5days ago,they deducted my money but i never received my airtime,i kept calling nd calling capitec bank but all gave da same answer saying they dont know when will i get my airtime,so which means i just lost my money,i just want a refund nd they cn keep their airtime
