I'm so Disappointed and ****ed off

I'm really disappointed in capitec bank, I moved from FNB to capitec bank because I thought It's a good bank. I'm leaving capitec, so unprofessional, I got ****med last week, I sent money to someone R5000 and they didn't deliver as promised. I went to capitec and they blocked his account and told me my funds are still in his account I should go and open a case and have affidavit so they can send it back to my account. 5 days went by and today I went to the branch Mabopane Central City, I wanted to do follow up because nothing was said to me as they promised. Only today they told me they can't help me because the person withdrew the money. How can someone withdraw money from a blocked account? My 5k gone, capitec made me believe I'll get my money back but it was all a lie. I regret the day I switched to capitec, I'm now broke and starving. I hate Capitec Bank.
