I'm seeking for a help with my money that is in Capitec bank

Good day I have a problem with a capitec bank whereby the bank cannot release my money into their bank they said the money will remain into their bank bacause the ***** happened into my account so the money was taken back to their owners. I was opened a case were the case its been withdrawn and now the bank does not want to release the money that is into my account and the account was onhold status.
