I.m not happy how CAPITEC bank solved my case of *****

Capitec did not protect my money *****ster took all my funds after that they did not help me with anything,so everytime l write a review they respond understand my review but they did nothing after that,our money is not safe on Capitec, their security is very weak on banking l Don.t understand how somebody can ***** money in my capitec bank account using app without my phone Opt number or card number ,how *****ster get access on my app without my acknowledge and block notifications sms and my app was not working for 2 days.
