I'm done with Capitec bank

My account is on hold for *****ulent activities!!! My grand daughter gifted me with R1000 that she got from her friend!! I used some of it and now R300 is stuck and I can't access it. I am a pensioner and I need my money, how can you stop my account and block My money that was gifted to me??? I've been to the Capitec branch 4 times already and everytime they tell me it's under investigation and it has been month's!! My grand daughters account was also on hold but all their accounts are open again except for mine!!!! This is unacceptable i can't believe this!
