I'm dissatisfied with this bank
This month December 2020 a debit order (R2 740)for Capitec Personal Loan (12 563) went off on the 15th but instead of my balance to go down to R9 823 it went up by R10 364 and they added R541 without any reason whatsoever, I'm so disappointed with Capitec I've been paying this account without any interruptions even during lockdown when most people could not but they did this to me, I will no longer carry on being a client of such cruel and greedy bank, Im moving my salary to a bother bank.
