I'm DISAPPOINTED in Capitec. Feedback is HOPELESS!!

HOPELESS service from the Capitec agents, in fact, no service!!. I have a tax free investment with Capitec and now my investment is on hold, 'STOPPED', because their agents don't call back. I have arranged for a callback at 11.30am today, which was arranged through Chris, yesterday. I had NO call and so had to make another call via the Whatsapp App. Now Agent Whitney is keeping me 'on hold' to 'find' an agent to call me. It's disgraceful and unprofessional service!!. I'm disappointed in Capitec!!
