Im disapointed

I hired a vehicle from Woodford carhire on the 15/12/2020 using my Capitec credit card and i paid R4000.00 holding deposit, and also paid R1080.00 for 2 days that i hired for. Upon returning the car, they issued me a letter to take to bank so that they would release my R4000.00, i took the letter to the bank on the 22/12/2020 for them to release my deposit and was told i will get it within 5 days. To my suprise till today im still waiting for my R4000.00 deposit. I dont even know if i will ever get it. The worst thing is I get my salary through the same bank. I just opened a new account with another bank to take my salary there, Capitec bank has let me down so bad, i just dont trust them anymore, but i still want my R4000.00 or i'll take them to court.
