I am really unhappy with the response from Capitec and would like to reveal 2 things, their reflection to reveal the truth about this matter is not found, they have not revealed the recording between myself and their forensic agent, for 2 weeks, I was told they are doing an investigation only to give me the same results. I want justice done, I want Capitec to allow me the right to listen to the recording to prove if I am right or not concerning the telephone call from their forensic agent. To date they have avoided that section. 2ndly, its their word against me. My defense is clear from my statement, why did they get involved in the first place to alert me that they are reversing my payment from a suspicious account if they were not going to.. My rights are violated and as their customer, I am unfairly treated. I am already engaging the newspapers if I am not been given the rights I deserve as a citizen and as an investor in their bank. What are the FICA regulations in terms of protecting a client from a suspicious account if they are aware from their side that I deposited money into a suspicious account. The fact that they called me to alert me that they are reversing the money to protect my interest, it means I am supposed to be protected as their client and why did they fail the agreement. I need to hear the recording for justice to be served. This affects my life and my children.
