******* Misleading Advertising

It is ******* to advertise something and when a person wants to buy it, change all the conditions. This is what Capitec does.

On their website, they advertise loans. If a person apply for a loan as advertised, they come back with another offer. If you don't take the other offer, they refuse to give a loan.

I app**** to borrow R50 000 over 2 years. They said I must borrow R136 539.44 over 54 months. I rep****, saying I don't want that, I want R50 000 over 2 years. Then they refused. Their e-mail reference Incident ********** 1.

This is against the law.
