<p>So my loan account is in arrears and on the 15th my normal loan repayment went off as always with extra which they consider as interest heres the thing they have been doing it for more than a year so every month ive been charged extra now last night a client paid over R5000 this morning they took the money without my permission now ive dealt with this before and the previous times they simply reversed the charge and put the money back into my account, now im being told that they can not do that, according to the nca no money may be deducted without my permission so what now</p>
