******* debit transactions , Capitec can't help

This the worst bank you could ever find , my money is suppose to be safe with them. Yesterday I hit debited three times by a company or someone I don't know (Falcorn). I was charged for it and when I disputed I was charged too. Today I went to one of their branches to ask who authorized because I did not, they said they don't know how that person got my account meaning that if it happened now it can happen again. They told me there's is nothing they can do except stop the debit but I was debited with three different references. They even told me to go open a case, imagine that. The inconvenience, this means my money is not safe with them. I am so agitated
