******* Capitec activity

I have been unemployed for 3 months now and made an arrangement with Capitec to pay R300 p/m towards my loan untill I am employed again. I transfered R40 000 to my Capitec account which i used to do trading with and make about R300 with each trade. This money was given to me by family to help me out. So Capitec now took all my arrears of R15290 from my account. Money that is meant to make me money so I can pay all my debt. Now I dont have money for food, for my homeloan or any other debt. Because of Capitec my home will now be reposesed. Your collections department refuse to reverse the money even after telling them I have an arrangement in place and the money is used to make money so i can pay my debt. All they see is there is a lot of money in my account even after trying to explain to them its for trading and meant to make me money to repay my debt while I am unemployed. Can I just make you aware of the court order against Standard Bank last week which makes this now ******* to take money of someones account to repay their debt. Please return this money to my account asap so i can make payments on my other debt otherwise I will refer this ******* matter to the financial ombudsman.
