ill treatment of employees by the bank
Can someone out there please help us. we are being abused everday at Capitec bank and we cannot do anything about it as we are always threatened with dismissals should we not comply. Can someone investigate how capitec treats its employees, from branches to call centre agent. as we work long hours without day off for up to ten days and get no overtime in return. please help us as we cannot speak up for fear of victimization.
