Ilanga Capitec branch is a joke 🤬🤬😡😡

I quickly went into Capitec branch to get a SIM card. Some lazy guy standing by the door offered me a ticket number and I took it then sat down. I sat for almost 15 minutes without any assistance. The worst part was that some employees had no clients and instead of assisting clients they were talking in their vernacular acting as if we didn’t exist as customers. I got so annoyed walked away. The guy at the door couldn’t even ask if I was assisted or not. He just asked for his ticket number back. ILANGA mall is such a sad brunch 🤮🤮.
