Ignored ***** case

On the 10th of October my account was blocked due to it receiving large sums of money from a new job I received online from a e commerce company where I received money from buyers and I had to send it to the company account.On the same day my account was blocked I called the call center explaining my case and I was instructed to go to the nearest branch with my ID and avidavit after that I was told that this process may take up to 21 business days to be complete.When the 21 business days were complete I went back to the branch to enquire about my case only to find out that my case hasn't being processed or checked so I had to do another case which means I have to wait another 21 business days please I require some assistance regarding this issue there was money I that account I desperately need
