Ignorance

i am very surprised with your team and the inability to find information about the laws especially with regards to ID documents. i was contacted by capitec to apply for a loan to which i qualified for. the insulting part was that your manager at the BSE Building, 89 Voortrekker Road, Bellville 7535 PO Box 12451, Die Boord, Stellenbosch 7613 who did not even introduce himself when he called me does not understand my documents. i am not a South African born citizen, i have been in this country for 25 years now. i received my residence in 2003 and my nationality in 2008. South African ID books are clearly explained with regards to what the numbers in the ID mean.

Your agent is asking me to go to home affairs and ask the home affairs to type a letter and explain why my ID number changed and why the last 3 digits are different from my original ID number and even if i became a South African, my ID number must stay the same..... this was his comment.

i have been keeping my savings account open to see how the service is. i was just asking for a Loan, now imagine what will happen if i have to ask for other things the service i will be getting???

the agent i was dealing with Ms Noxolo Tutwana, was very polite with everything she did, but her manager spoiled it for me. If your manager was that clueless, i will be very scared for my future investments.

Capitec Bank, information is not difficult to find anymore. Bank smart, Bank better cannot just be your catch phrase, your all company must represent this. words do not keep customers anymore, it's the service we get.
