Capitec bank is good bank and hasn't disappointed me until 28 May 2024 where i was making payment to suppliers for an event and, one of the payment didn't go through, however according to the statement, the amount had left the account. it took a day and a half to find someone who was in position to assist. Even after hours from getting an email saying the matter is resolved, the money has not reflected back into the account. Therefore I lost business and i lost trust from my suppliers. moral of the story, use capitec as your second bank or they will disappoint you when you really need them.
