Few weeks ago I there was money coming out of my account Ref "Uber eats" I went to the Branch they said they closed the card I must go open a case at the police station few hours after I left the branch the money is still coming out. ABIGAIL from complaints department called me saying that my card has not been stopped she instructed me to go to my app and close the card, she said the money will be refunded and I will need to do another card and I won't pay for it. I went to Menlyn branch I'm being told that I have to pay. I'm stuck
