Capitec Business is probably THE WORST business bank offering in the country.

App functionality is limited Support is slow and ineffective The "Relationship Suite" consultants couldn't organise a drink in a bar.

From opening the account we have had challenges with online banking and general transacting. Most recently we need additional cards for staff. Three weeks later and the most useless support emailing backwards and forwards, and not attending to anything timeously.... we are still waiting for the cards...

Based on their consumer bank offering we had high hopes (as mercantile clients) for Capitec Business. They have however just made a bad thing worse.

There has been a flurry of telephone calls and "feedback" and "confirmations" ... yet NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. It is probably time to look for another bank.

We still do not have the additional cards or the faintest idea on when they will arrive. We have done the emails, the forms, the ID selfies. We've redone them. Almost a month later - STILL NOTHING.
