If I could vote I'd make Nabeela President!

This morning I was assisted by Nabeela at Capitec Newmarket Park, and I just have to say – she is an absolute asset to your team.

What stood out for me is that she doesn’t just see a client or a number; she genuinely sees the person sitting in front of her. That kind of service is rare, and it makes all the difference.

Her friendly, efficient, and professional manner made the whole experience such a pleasure that I honestly felt like I’d rather sit with her at the bank than go to a braai – and for an Afrikaans person, that says it all!

Capitec, hold on to her – in fact, make her President! I’m convinced the world would be a better place for it.
