Identity theft crisis

In 2013 i had an identity theft case with Capitec bank where my payslip was ****** at work and later used to take a loan with the bank on the 29th of October 2013. Upon enquiring with the bank i found out that my ID number was used where the photo was changed. I opened a case, wrote an affidavit and submitted to the Head Office early 2014. I still have proof of my affidavit from that year. I was later contacted by the head office and told that my name had been cleared, even in my credit record it wont reflect.

Recently i have been trying to take a loan with Absa where i bank and i was told that my ID falls under fradulent identity theft. I was then given contact details to contact SAFPS for clarification of which i did. From there i was told to contact capitec bank which has listed my ID under fradulent identities. I contacted capitec bank and was told to submit proof of my ID, hannesy form, and and an affidavit.

I feel like i am being punished by Capitec bank for issues i thought i settled long time ago. I have never had an account with the bank nor took out a loan!!. Can you please assist, as i am currently expecting and was hoping to prepare for my baby’s arrival having settled issues in my house.
